This is my honest review based on my experience with this dealership.
I bought a car from them, and everything was fine with that transaction. I also sold them a car. The deal was completed, and they took the ownership of the vehicle. However, two days after the deal was completed, they contacted me and said that they no longer wanted the car.
The people I dealt with were respectful, but unfortunately, I found the process very unprofessional and poorly coordinated. It seemed that there was no clear communication or a single decision-maker within the dealership, which resulted in a lot of unnecessary confusion and headaches for me.
I am giving them 2 stars because of the amount of stress and inconvenience this situation caused me. I hope they improve their internal communication and decision-making process in the future.
